Here’s some good news: After ranking last in the NBA in attendance through the first month and a half of the season, the Denver Nuggets are now second to last!

Improvement!

And part of that may be attributed to last night, as over 19,000 people packed into the Pepsi Center (6,000 more than usual), to watch Kobe Bryant take on the Nuggets in his last season in the NBA. Amongst those 19,000 fans were some Denver Broncos, who made sure to catch the NBA legend one last time.

Maybe the majority of those fans were Laker fans — or Kobe fans — but at least the Pepsi Center was bumping again.
