Denver Nuggets Head Coach Michael Malone met with the media on Wednesday following the fifth practice of 2017 Training Camp.
Five-on-five play began Wednesday night and Michael Malone said Torrey Craig would earn his “player of the game”. Malone also gives his thoughts on the NBA’s new two-way contracts.
Four days into camp and the Nuggets point guard competition is heated. With Jameer Nelson having injured his toe and being held of of practice, it’s now Jamal Murray versus Emmanuel Mudiay.
Malone also speaks on developing chemistry between Paul Millsap and Nikola Jokic and the battle for the back up power forward spot.
