Montee Ball has had a rough few months. He’s been arrested twice, he’s been charged in two separate domestic abuse cases and his NFL career looks to all but finished. And while, as a fringe NFL running back, Ball’s troubles haven’t been widely talked about or publicized, the negative reaction has undoubtedly reached his ears.
Late Monday night, after remaining silent on the subject for awhile, Ball took to Instagram and vented about the differing treatment between a guy like Johnny Manziel and himself.

For Ball, like Manziel, the most important thing going forward is himself; football, fame and money are secondary. If this helps him grow, then all the more power to him.
