A pair of Broncos will have a few less dollars in the bank after fines were levied for Week 1, but the big thing that will be on everyone’s mind on this Wednesday of Week 2 is who Demaryius Thomas will be working with at practice.
Nate Lundy and Shawn Drotar of 5280 Sports Network recap the fines doled out after the Broncos laid some big hits on Cam Netwon that drew penalties in the season opener. Shawn says the fines are right in line with league policy. Meanwhile, Nate will be watching to see whether Thomas is practicing with the first team, or if he’s taking lighter reps on the sidelines with the trainers. The wide receiver had an MRI last week to evaluate a hip that was injured against Carolina.
