The Denver Nuggets reminded the NBA that they’re still here.

The Nuggets won an impressive matchup against the Oklahoma City Thunder on the second night of a back-to-back, some retribution for a blowout loss to the same team the day before on national television. Nikola Jokic and Jamal Murray combined for 69 points, which the rest of the Nuggets rotation contributed in scoring, defense, playmaking, and other ways to help get a win.

Even though Denver lost the more important matchup on national TV, both games count just the same. The Nuggets join the Dallas Mavericks, Golden State Warriors, and Minnesota Timberwolves as teams to beat the Thunder multiple times this season.

On the latest episode of Pickaxe and Roll, Ryan Blackburn breaks down the Denver Nuggets 140-127 win over the Oklahoma City Thunder on the second night of a back-to-back. Nikola Jokic and Jamal Murray dominated together, the entire Nuggets rotation helped out along the way, and the Nuggets won their first game against a top four seed in the West since November 23rd.

Ryan breaks down the game, the Nuggets hot shooting, and what we learned from this two-game set against OKC.
