Not so fast Jacksonville Jaguars. Despite reports coming in that he would sign with the Jags, free agent defensive lineman Calais Campbell is now reportedly mulling an offer from the Denver Broncos as well.
According to ESPN’s Chris Mortenson, Campbell could turn down an offer from the Jaguars worth more than $14 million per season, to take $13 million to play for his hometown Broncos.
A couple of members of the Broncos’ vaunted defense are hot on Campbell’s trail when it comes to recruiting. Cornerbacks Aqib Talib and Chris Harris Jr. have both reached out via Twitter.

Only time will tell if the Broncos’ effort is enough to sway the former Denver South star to come back to the Mile High City. According to Mike Klis of 9News, Campbell is mulling it over with his wife.
UPDATE: Apparently money talks, Campbell will reportedly still join the Jaguars.
