The Orange & Blue Review, broadcast every Monday on thedenverchannel.com, is wondering the same thing many other analysts in Denver are wondering after the Broncos’ 23-20 victory on Sunday.
Are people seeing something they’re not?
Because in their eyes, the Denver Broncos are undefeated and Peyton Manning has played in more games than Drew Brees, Ben Roethlisberger and Tony Romo.
Sure they’re not putting up “Star Wars” numbers, but they’re winning. Mile High Sports columnist James Merilatt made the same observation in his column on Monday.
Yet some in the national media, and even in Denver, already have the Broncos and Manning with one foot in the proverbial grave just four games into the 2015 season.
Danny Williams, of Mile High Sports AM 1340, joined Lionel Bienvenu and Arran Andersen on The Orange and Blue Review following Denver’s win over the Vikings and says he tends to agree that people are too quick to dismiss Peyton Manning.
Williams spoke on Manning, the defense and the upcoming game against the Raiders in the clip below.
