The Denver Outlaws have started the 2017 season much in the same way they finished 2016. They are 2-0 on the campaign. On Sunday however, prior to their home opener against the Charlotte Hounds, they will take a moment to reflect back to last season.
On Sunday, the Outlaws will celebrate their 2016 Major League Lacrosse Championship with a pregame ceremony. Following player introductions, they will unveil their championship banner. The ceremony will also include a video tribute and and an address from team president Mac Freeman.
The ceremony will begin at 3:05 p.m. MT at Sports Authority Field at Mile High. The game can be streamed on the Lax Sports Network. The Outlaws have won seven straight home openers, and have fallen only once in their 11-year history.
