Make that ten straight wins for the Denver Broncos! It’s their first such streak since 2015, and they’ve made it clear their success is no fluke. Pro Football Focus (PFF) released its Week 14 player grades, highlighting the best and worst individual performances.

Offense

Best
  • OL Quinn Meinerz: 91.6
  • RB RJ Harvey: 86.5
  • RB Jaleel McLaughlin: 81.8
  • OT Mike McGlinchey: 76.9
  • WR Lil’Jordan Humphrey: 76.7

Harvey delivered arguably his best outing of the season, putting up 75 rushing yards and 25 receiving yards while averaging 4.4 yards per carry (YPC). He also added another score on the ground, bringing his season total to eight touchdowns — tying Ashton Jeanty for the most among all rookies. McLaughlin was also no slouch, averaging 5.5 YPC on four carries.

Worst
  • OL Alex Palczewski: 46.4
  • WR Troy Franklin: 47.6
  • TE Evan Engram: 50.6
  • WR Marvin Mims Jr.: 50.9
  • TE Marcedes Lewis: 58.3
It feels odd to see Mims ranked so low, considering how impactful he was on special teams. It was a quiet night for both Engram and Franklin, who combined for just four catches and 19 yards. No major concerns, though — Bo Nix (63.0) distributed the ball to 11 different teammates.

Defense

  • LB Alex Singleton: 78.8
  • LB Dre Greenlaw: 77.4
  • DL Zach Allen: 70.6
  • CB Ja’Quan McMillian: 69.6
  • DL Sai’vion Jones: 68.6

Singleton has been outstanding in his return over the past two weeks. PFF credited him with two solo tackles, five assists, and two stops, along with an impressive run-defense grade (88.1). He also logged 50 snaps — the second-most on the defense, trailing only Pat Surtain II’s (61.0) 51.

Worst
  • CB Kris Abrams-Draine: 37.9
  • LB Justin Strnad: 50.0
  • DL Eyioma Uwazurike: 50.6
  • DL John Franklin-Myers: 53.8
  • OLB Nik Bonitto: 57.3

PFF grades can be confusing at times. ESPN credited Bonitto with three solo tackles, while PFF listed just one—though both agree he recorded two sacks. Even more puzzling, PFF gave him his lowest mark in coverage (50.5) despite charting only one catch allowed for four yards.

Special Teams

Mims’ punt return touchdown was a thing of beauty—the team’s first since Dec. 13, 2020. After a rough stretch for the special teams unit this season, it was encouraging to see such a strong turnaround.

The Broncos have a chance to make another statement win this week when they travel to Green Bay. They’ll face the Packers on Sunday at 2:25 p.m. MST.
