After struggling in the clutch for much of the season, the Denver Nuggets earned another late game victory, benefitting from some luck after Devin Booker missed a clean shot to win the game. The Nuggets have been exceptionally unlucky in the clutch this year, but perhaps that’s turning around at the right time entering the playoffs. The plan hasn’t changed, and Nuggets fans can only hope the Nuggets are regressing back to normal as one of the best clutch teams of this era.

On the latest episode of Pickaxe and Roll, Ryan Blackburn discusses Nikola Jokic and Jamal Murray taking over in the fourth quarter to beat the Phoenix Suns. There were still struggles, but the Denver Nuggets FINALLY got some good clutch luck. Ryan discusses the win, the bench stepping up, and a game tonight against the Dallas Mavericks.
