The Denver Broncos late rally fell short as Todd Gurley and the Los Angeles Rams ran wild over the Broncos in their 23-20 win over Denver.
Denver’s defense was gashed for 208 yards on the ground by Gurley, averaging 7.4 yards per run. The Denver faithful headed for the exits after Gurley’s second touchdown in the second half, making it 20-3.
Broncos Blitz podcast host Ronnie Kohrt breaks down what went wrong on Sunday as the Broncos dropped to 2-4, losing their fourth straight game.
Denver’s offense was anemic for much of the game. After rushing for only 60 yards, (61 penalty yards) Denver was forced to air it out, leading to an unbalanced offense. As Kohrt touches on, that’s only one of the many issues Denver faces.

Chubb sacked Rams quarterback Jared Goff three times, finally breaking out and flashing the skillset that led to Denver selecting him as high as they did.
