The Denver Nuggets schedule is about to get easier, so it’s a good thing that they’re starting to roll at the right time.
Ryan Blackburn discusses the Denver Nuggets 130-104 win over Luka Doncic and the Dallas Mavericks. Nikola Jokic didn’t score a ton of points, but the rest of the Nuggets did, including Jamal Murray, Aaron Gordon, and Reggie Jackson. Murray shot 4-of-4 from three-point range, while Aaron Gordon had his most efficient scoring performance of the season. It didn’t matter that Luka Doncic appeared unstoppable at different points of the game because the Nuggets simply had more depth and generated more efficient shots.
Ryan discusses the game, why the Nuggets are (hopefully) getting ready for a big run with a favorable schedule, and where the current playoff tiers stand in the Western Conference. The Nuggets will face seven teams currently outside of the play-in race in their next 13 games, and eight of Denver’s next 13 are at home.
