Sunday marked the final match of Tim Howard’s decade-long career in the Premier League, as he will now be returning to America, where he will join the Colorado Rapids on their quest for an MLS championship.
But before he left, Howard made sure to thank the Everton fans for all the support they’ve given him over the years.
EVERTON, you have become a part of my soul. You'll forever be in my heart. COYB!!!

And in turn, the fans gave Howard just as heartfelt of a goodbye.

Howard will be joining a Rapids team that currently sits atop the Western Conference with 24 points. Along with Jermaine Jones, Howard will quickly become the face of the franchise, and his presence alone could go a long way towards making Colorado one of the premier MLS cities.
Let’s make sure that we give him just as rowdy of a welcome when he suits up for the Colorado Rapids for the first time this Spring.
