The Denver Broncos have a Week 7 bye in 2015.
The first six games are pretty brutal. Other than a cupcakes against the Raiders and Browns on the road in Weeks 5 and 6, the first four games of the season are tough.
Baltimore, who’s trendy all of the sudden to win the AFC starts here in Week 1, followed by back to back primetime games against the Chiefs and the Lions on the road for the Broncos. Close that stretch out with Adrain Peterson and the darkhorse Vikings here at home and it’s a very difficult way for Denver to start the year.
None of that matters, though, according to two local radio hosts. The Broncos will go into the bye at 6-0.
Gil Whitely and James Merilatt did their famous ‘Dour Hour’ on Wednesday from 11-12 on Mile High Sports Radio (AM1340) and both guys have the Broncos going into the break unblemished.
Have a listen for yourself, the game by game predictions get going around the two minute mark:
Hopefully Gil and James are right. They rarely agree, so this has to be a good omen.
