Von Miller missed the first day of Broncos offseason training on Monday, but the bigger miss was by his Dancing with the Stars “switch up” week partner, Lindsay Arnold.
After gushing about what a big fan of Miller’s she was, and how big a football fan she is, Arnold wasn’t quiiiiiite sure that Miller had indeed won the Super Bowl. She was even more surprised that her partner for the week was the Super Bowl MVP.
No harm, no foul though. Miller and Arnold rocked a honky tonk “jive” that allowed Miller to show off some of his signature sack celebration moves in the process.
Miller excused himself from the first day of offseason training because of his obligations to DWTS.
He’s got a crowd of Broncos cheering for him though. On Monday, Aqib Talib told reporters, “He’s doing a hell of a job at it. Hopefully he makes [the championship] and we all go out there and support him. We’ll take over the whole crowd.”
Miller survived the night and will dance again next Monday.
