The highly anticipated roast of Hollywood heartthrob Rob Lowe aired Monday night on Comedy Central and delivered some hilarious, if not inappropriate, digs from stars of comedy, television, film and even sports – namely Peyton Manning, whose retirement Rob Lowe almost “broke” four years earlier.
Manning had plenty of barbs for Lowe, but also used the opportunity to take a shot at longtime rival Tom Brady.
Manning’s wisecrack was referring to this tweet, sent by Lowe the day before the legendary quarterback’s retirement press conference, and of course Brady’s ongoing Deflategate scandal.

Manning wasn’t safe from the arrows, himself, however. SNL’s Pete Davidson offered this wisecrack about Manning’s enormous head.
