In a first half that was mostly uninspiring for the Denver Broncos, Ronnie Hillman made his presence felt with a 19-yard touchdown run that got the Broncos on the board and cut the Patriots’ lead in half with just over 2:00 to play in the half.
Hillman’s run capped a 10-play, 77-yard drive that took 5:41 off the clock and slowed the momentum of a Patriots team that had capitalized on some mental and physical errors by Denver.

Hillman had the play of the drive with this scuttle through traffic and into the end zone, but Denver got big contributions from C.J. Anderson, Owen Daniels and Emmanuel Sanders as well.
