Denver Broncos outside linebacker Shane Ray is catching the world’s attention this offseason. Less than a week from the beginning of training camp, Ray has put together an offseason training regimen that has him ready to take the next step in the NFL.
As Ray enters his third season in the league, he may finally have the opportunity to breakout in the NFL. No longer sitting behind future Hall of Famer Demarcus Ware, the former SEC Defensive Player of the Year has his sights set on a productive season.
Among the offseason training programs he has taken part in, boxing may be the most beneficial. The training certainly looks to have benefited Ray already, and he has not been shy about sharing his progress with the world.

Just one day later, Ray again took to social media to give fans a look into his offseason conditioning. Warning: video contains audio content NSFW.

In addition to the physical improvements of Ray’s game, his confidence is soaring as he heads into year three. Ray has already learned from one of the best to ever do it in Demarcus Ware. He has had the privilege of playing alongside an elite defender in Von Miller. Now, he sets his sights on joining Miller as a premier pass-rusher in the league and taking what is already one of the best defenses in the NFL to the next level.
