After another long reception by Corey “Philly” Brown, which put the Carolina Panthers near the red zone, the Denver Broncos defense needed to step up and make a play — again.
But as Broncos Country knows, the Denver defense never disappoints (*KNOCK ON WOOD*).
This time, though, it took two defenders to get the job done.

There’s no question that all of Denver was holding their breath when Ward got up off the ground with the ball, and the worse did happen. Luckily, Danny Trevathan was right there to save the day.
Unfortunately, Peyton Manning and the Broncos offense did nothing, going three and out once again.
