The Avalanche open training camp for the 2020-21 season on Sunday. On-ice sessions begin the following day.
The accelerated camp includes 36 skaters and four goaltenders. The Avs will have just six days on the ice to trim their roster down to 23 or fewer players. This season, Colorado will also have a taxi squad consisting of at least one goaltender and six total players. There will be no preseason games.
