The Colorado State men’s basketball program has added to its frontcourt with the addition of rising sophomore Braden Koelliker. Head coach Larry Eustachy announced that the 6-foot-8 forward signed his National Letter of Intent to join the program for the 2016-17 season.
“We are extremely excited to add Braden to our team,” Eustachy said. “He is only a sophomore who has been on a church mission and is extremely mature for his age. I feel he will make an impact immediately.”
Koelliker played this previous year at Snow College in Ephraim, Utah, where he started in 27 of 30 games played. He averaged 13.2 points and 8.2 rebounds, shooting 47.7 percent from the floor and 34.4 percent from the three-point line in 29.9 minutes per contest. His play earned him Second Team All-Region 18 honors.
