The Denver Broncos released their practice report following Wednesday’s practice in London. They saw the return of one key defensive player who has been on injured reserve, while one of their top young pass rushers missed practice.
Outside linebacker Jonah Elliss (ribs/shoulder) missed Wednesday’s practice. This will be something worth monitoring for Thursday’s practice, and if this is something that lingers or prohibits Elliss from playing on Sunday morning against the New York Jets, we could see the debut of rookie Que Robinson.
Veteran defensive lineman Malcolm Roach (calf) returned to practice, and his 21-day window officially activated. He was a limited participant, which means he participated in team stretch and individual position drills.
Defensive lineman D.J. Jones was limited with a shoulder injury, as was running back Tyler Badie, who is the Broncos’ key third-down back.
As has been the case for the last handful of weeks, linebacker Alex Singleton (thumb) and outside linebacker Nik Bonitto (wrist) were full participants.
Because the Broncos have not officially placed left guard Ben Powers on injured reserve yet, he’s on the injury report and is listed as a DNP, even though he did not make the trip to London.
