The Denver Broncos kick things off in about 90 minutes against the Tennessee Titans, and they’ve announced their list of inactives for this afternoon’s game.

Denver Broncos inactives vs. Tennessee Titans

With kickoff approaching, the Broncos have handed in their list of inactive players for today’s game.

  • Quarterback Sam Ehlinger
  • Fullback/Tight End Nate Adkins
  • Inside linebacker Dre Greenlaw
  • Offensive tackle Frank Crum
  • Running back Jaleel McLaughlin
  • Outside linebacker Que Robinson
  • Defensive end Sai’vion Jones

After placing defensive lineman Malcolm Roach on short-term IR yesterday, they promoted Sam Ehlinger to the active roster. Similar to their approach last year with Zach Wilson, Ehlinger will dress and be inactive, but will serve as the third, emergency quarterback in the event of a worst-case scenario.

Adkins is still working his way back from tightrope ankle surgery, but could return here in the next couple of weeks. Greenlaw will miss today’s gam,e and his anticipated Broncos debut will have to wait another week as he battles a quad injury.

Crum, who the Broncos love as a developmental prospect, will be inactive, with the extra offensive lineman in the jumbo package likely being Alex Palczewski or Matt Peart.

McLaughlin is a healthy scratch today as the Broncos running back room will feature J.K. Dobbins, RJ Harvey, and Tyler Badie as the three names up at the position against Tennessee. Badie’s special teams roles are a big factor in the decision, which leads to McLaughlin not dressing today.

With Nik Bonitto, Jonathon Cooper, Jonah Elliss, and Dondrea Tillman ahead on the depth chart, rookie pass rusher Robinson will also be inactive today.

On the defensive line, Jones is the other Broncos rookie who is inactive today.

Kickoff will take place in the next 90 minutes as the Broncos aim to get off to a fast start. Stay tuned to Mile High Sports for postgame coverage and more.
