The Denver Broncos kick things off with the Atlanta Falcons here in the next 90 minutes on FOX, with kickoff set for 2:05 p.m. MT. Ahead of today’s kickoff, the team announced their list of inactive players for Week 11.
Denver Broncos Week 11 inactives vs. Atlanta Falcons
The Denver Broncos inactives list has been consistently the same for a majority of the season, and that trend is going to continue today, but they will be without one key starter on defense.
Safety Brandon Jones will miss today’s game with an abdomen injury that limited him all week in practice. Devon Key will start in his place at safety.
Quarterback Zach Wilson is inactive and will be the team’s emergency, number-three quarterback. He’s been inactive since Week 1 in this role.
Tight end Greg Dulcich continues to be a healthy scratch with the continued utilization of Lucas Krull, Adam Trautman, and Nate Adkins at the position. Dulcich continues to remain on the shelf in Sean Payton’s offense.
Offensive tackle Frank Crum remains on the inactive list since Mike McGlinchey and Alex Palczewski have returned to full health. Palczewski will continue to back up McGlinchey. Offensive lineman Calvin Throckmorton will be inactive for the second consecutive week after he was brought up to the 53-man roster prior to center Luke Wattenberg’s return. Alex Forsyth will remain the backup center to Wattenberg, who returned to the starting lineup last week.
Cornerback Kris Abrams-Draine and defensive lineman Eyioma Uwazurike also continue their trend of being on the team’s inactive list because of the depth ahead of them on the active roster.
Today’s game has huge implications on the rest of the Broncos season, so don’t forget to check out what you should be watching for against the Falcons.
