The Denver Broncos (8-2) kick things off with the Kansas City Chiefs (5-4) in a huge AFC West divisional matchup in the next 90 minutes. Which Broncos players are in and which players are out for today’s game?

Denver’s defense will be without two key players today when they face off against Patrick Mahomes and the Chiefs’ offense. Outside linebacker Jonah Elliss will not play today and has been dealing with a hamstring injury that he suffered in Week 10’s win against the Las Vegas Raiders. He did not participate in practice all week.

Patrick Surtain II won’t play in today’s game either as he continues to recover from a pectoral injury that he sustained in the Broncos’ Week 8 win against the Dallas Cowboys. The hope for Surtain is that he can return against the Washington Commanders in Week 13 after the Broncos’ bye week, following this game.

Alex Singleton will not play for the next handful of weeks as he recovers from surgery post-cancer diagnosis.

Tight end Nate Adkins, who did participate in team stretch this week, will not play after being a DNP all week long at practice as he continues to work his way back from a knee injury.

Defensive lineman Jordan Jackson and rookie Sai’vion Jones will continue their stretch of being inactives as well.

Broncos inactives vs. Kansas City

  • Outside linebacker Jonah Elliss
  • Tight end Nate Adkins
  • Linebacker Alex Singleton
  • Cornerback Patrick Surtain II
  • Defensive lineman Jordan Jackson
  • Defensive lineman Sai’vion Jones
  • Offensive tackle Geron Christian

A win puts the Broncos at 9-2 and pushes Kansas City down to 5-5, and makes the Chiefs’ AFC West odds more difficult.
