Isaiah Simmons is a physical freak. A bonafide star in the making at several positions and expected top-10 pick in the NFL Draft on Thursday.
So how does Denver have a chance at the Clemson linebacker, safety, cornerback hybrid machine that is Simmons? Broncos Blitz podcast host Ronnie Kohrt calls Simmons the best defensive player in the draft and has a hunch Denver will have a shot and the odds may not be as long as you think.
Something about what Fangio and Elway have said in their pre-draft pressers is making me really wonder about WR in the first round.
I'd bet Isaiah Simmons is their No. 1 player on the board and if he gets past Arizona. How do you not entertain that? pic.twitter.com/4NtUO7YC6q

Kohrt also lays out a scenario top-15 in the NFL Draft on Thursday and how multiple trades could alter the first round.
Could you imagine a defensive core of Von Miller, Bradley Chubb, Isaiah Simmons and Justin Simmons?
Call them the fab four and lock it up. Absolutely loaded

Pairing Simmons next to Von Miller, Bradley Chubb, Justin Simmons and Kareem Jackson seems like an unprecedented group of defensive players that surely will give head coach Vic Fangio all the makings of an elite defense.
