The Denver Nuggets haven’t had that many blowout wins this year…except on the second night of back-to-backs for some reason.

On the season, the Nuggets now have 16 wins. They are 5-0 on the second night of a back-to-back, and four of those wins have come by 26, 25, 30, and 27 points. Denver has four other wins on the year with a double-digit point margin, and the other eight are by single digits.

Leading the charge in this one were Nikola Jokic and Michael Porter Jr., combining to shoot 22-of-29 from the field against the Phoenix Suns. They dominated, continuing to show how they can be successful with and without Jamal Murray in the lineup.

It was truly amazing the difference in body language for the Nuggets from their road trip to this game. They looked like an entirely different team.

On the latest episode of Pickaxe and Roll, Ryan Blackburn reacts to the Denver Nuggets dominating win over the Phoenix Suns. Nikola Jokic was impressive in his matchups against Jusuf Nurkic and Mason Plumlee, while Michael Porter Jr. came out and matched Kevin Durant.

Ryan discusses the game, Jalen Pickett taking advantage of his opportunities, and Porter’s postgame press conference addressing the trade rumors.
