News broke Thursday afternoon that the Oklahoma City Thunder have made power forward Serge Ibaka available via trade.

It would take a pretty penny for the Nuggets to acquire Ibaka; however, the resources are there to make it happen.

The Nuggets need a big-time, nationally-known player to help elevate this franchise, and now the opportunity has presented itself to get one.

If the Nuggets do not like the slim pickings that are expected to be available with the seventh pick, they could very well trigger a deal to bring the forward to the Mile High City.
