The injury bug was bound to hit the Broncos at some point, and you can argue that it’s better now when Denver is 2-0 and has a season ahead of them than in late December or early January.
News broke earlier today that DeMarcus Ware will likely be out three to six weeks after undergoing surgery on his fractured forearm, and now it is being reported that starting right tackle Donald Stephenson will be out two to three weeks with a calf injury.
#Broncos OT Donald Stephenson suffered a calf injury that should keep him out 2-3 weeks, source said. Not a tear, as some feared. Good news.

Likely, at least until Ty Sambrailo is healthy, Michael Schofield will stay out at right tackle while Darrion Weems steps in at guard.
It’s definitely a blow, but it could have been worse. Some feared that Stephenson may have torn his calf.
