The Colorado Rockies have scratched lefty Tyler Anderson for Monday’s start due to left-shoulder soreness. He will be replaced on Monday night to start a crucial seven game, regular-season ending homestand by Jon Gray.

Gray has thrown 16 innings in September, giving up 14 runs on the way to a 7.88 ERA. The Philadelphia Phillies come into Coors Field on Monday night for a four game series, simply looking to play spoiler.
Colorado sits 1.5 games out of the division lead behind the Los Angeles Dodgers and 1.5 games behind St. Louis for the final wild card spot. Philadelphia meanwhile has lost four straight and is eliminated from postseason contention.
Gray in his 23.2 innings against Philadelphia in his career has allowed 13 earned runs for a 4.94 ERA.
