This afternoon, the Denver Broncos elected three legends — kicker Jason Elam (1993-2007), linebacker Simon Fletcher (1985-1995) and safety John Lynch (2004-2007) — to their Ring of Fame.
According to the Broncos, the induction ceremony will take place during halftime of a yet-to-be-determined Broncos home game.
The Broncos Ring of Fame was created by Owner Pat Bowlen back in 1984, and since that time, this will only be the third time in which three or more players will be inducted in the same year.
These three will be joining 28 other Ring of Fame members, whose names line the façade of Sports Authority Field at Mile High.
