Game 2 between the Colorado Avalanche and the Los Angeles Kings had similarities to Game 1, but with a few significant differences.
It was a more physical game, as expected. The Avs had seven penalties and the Kings had four. But the officiating was questionable for two of the calls.

Fans shattered the glass behind the Kings’ bench, creating a nearly 20-minute delay in the game. Momentum was difficult to reinstate, but the Avalanche pulled it back in by the end of the second.
Artemi Panarin scored the first goal of the game at 13:04 of the third period, and Gabriel Landeskog tied it up minutes later. Nicolas Roy got the game-winner for the Avs, and Scott Wedgewood had another stellar performance in his second NHL playoff start.
