Usually Denver Broncos wide receiver Demaryius Thomas is spreading out opposing defenses along with fellow wideout Emmanuel Sanders, but on Monday night the pass-catching duo was spreading a little Christmas cheer.
Thomas donned Santa’s suit at the Broncos’ annual holiday party for the Boys and Girls Club of Metro Denver and helped spread the spirit of the season with 150 very deserving youngsters.
The five-time Pro Bowl receiver surprised kids gathered at the Pat Bowlen Fieldhouse and made the rounds, offering holiday well-wishes, plenty of hugs and even joined in for a little Christmas karaoke.
“Santa” did have a chance to catch up with Sanders, who said he’s hoping to find two more wins under the tree this year.
Check out some of the highlights from the event, including lots of smiles, laughs and hugs…
