In our latest Denver Broncos film room, our Broncos reporter Cody Roark takes a look at RJ Harvey and his game against the Colorado Buffaloes in 2024. In a game where UCF found themselves down big early, Harvey saw his second-lowest rushing output of the season, but had 92 yards through the air. Harvey was the offense for UCF.
Against the Buffs, you also see some mistakes made — Harvey had a concentration drop on a pass play and did have a fumble lost in this game, although you can argue he appeared to be down by contact on the All-22 angle.
What stands out in this game is that Harvey showcases his vision when a hole closes, showcasing quick, explosive cuts that lead him north-south. He’s a fun addition here for Sean Payton.
