With the NFL Draft mere months away, the Denver Broncos will need to find a new director of college scouting.
Citing a source, CSN Bay Area’s Matt Maiocco reported on Tuesday that Adam Peters will be leaving his post with the Broncos to join newly-minted general manager John Lynch in the San Francisco 49ers’ front office as vice president of player personnel.
Peters spent the last eight years in the Broncos organization, moving from regional scout, to national scout, to assistant director of college scouting before assuming the role of director of college scouting last year. Prior to coming to the Broncos, he spent six seasons in the scouting department of the New England Patriots.
