The Denver Broncos have released their list of inactive players ahead of tonight’s Thursday Night Football showing on Primetime, with the game taking place on Amazon Prime. With the return of three players from injured reserve, the Broncos will have several names inactive for tonight’s game.

Denver Broncos inactives vs. New Orleans Saints

The Denver Broncos will kick things off in the next 90 minutes against the New Orleans Saints on a night head coach Sean Payton returns to the dome for the first time since he stepped away from being their head coach in 2021. Which players are in, and which players are out?

The Broncos will not have cornerback Patrick Surtain II or right tackle Alex Palczewski for tonight’s game against the Saints, who are banged up themselves. Surtain was ruled out with a concussion, while Palczewski misses again with a high ankle sprain. These two players are the only injured players on the inactive list.

Tight end Greg Dulcich, defensive lineman Eyioma Uwazurike, cornerback Kris Abrams-Draine, and Zach Wilson are the other players who will be inactive tonight. Watson has been inactive in all but one game this year, while Dulcich lands on the list for the third straight game. Abrams-Draine remains inactive, with Denver’s cornerback depth being an area of strength for them, even with Surtain’s injury. Wilson remains as the team’s emergency No. 3 quarterback behind Jarrett Stidham and rookie starter Bo Nix. Tillman is inactive with the return of Baron Browning.

The team activated right tackle Mike McGlinchey, cornerback Damarri Mathis, and outside linebacker Baron Browning for tonight’s game. Denver elevated practice squad inside linebacker Kwon Alexander and offensive lineman Calvin Throckmorton to the gameday roster and waived running back Blake Watson from the active roster.
