Kelly, aka “Mr. Irrelevant” in the 2017 NFL Draft, practiced for the first time this year for the Broncos. Kelly has been recovering from offseason wrist surgery.
For Kelly, it has been a long road towards recovery, but as he tweeted out yesterday, it appears the obstacles are out of the way for the Ole Miss product.

Broncos rookie tight-end Jake Butt returned to the practice field;ย Emmanuel Sanders and Todd Davis also practiced for the Broncos. Veterans Jamaal Charles, Aqib Talib and Domata Peko were all practicing Wednesday, as well. There is no veteran rest day this week coming off a “Monday Night Football” loss to the Kansas City Chiefs. The Broncos are coming off their third-straight loss and travel to Philadelphia this Sunday.
